Professional Sales TeamPete MirkPete is our 37-year veteran. In short, he coordinates the entire team. He is a major factor of all transactions, from start to finish. Pete's experience and proven record means that you can expect a smooth business transaction. Pete also has vast experience with bank foreclosures, rentals, small apartment complexes, and performing a 1031 exchange.
Gerald MaliszewskiJerry is the company Operations Manager. His main focus is to help oversee the entire Sales Department and help ensure that the process is running smoothly. In addition, he also is responsible for the company's technolgy side. Tech is changing every day and it is his job to make sure the clients assets are being advertised all over the internet.
PROPERTY PRESERVATION/LISTING COORDINATOR
Amy Greenwood currently manages the Property Preservation Department. She is responsible for initial occupancy checks and reporting back to asset managers based on clients needs. She corresponds with field contractors to ensure all properties are secured and initial services are provided. Additionally, she manages all listing BPO’s and MMR’s for our agents. She ensures these reports are accurate and turned in on time. She inputs all listed properties into the MLS system as well in order to track and become familiar with these properties from start to close. ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Judy is the bookkeeper for the team. She coordinates all REO reimbursement billing as well as turning on and off all utilities for the properties. She is a licensed associate broker with 16 years of real estate experience.
Valuation Department Manager :
Carry out the day to day fee based BPO activity including accepting new orders, assigning job tasks into SWIFT, obtaining interior access information, updating order status, completing orders by the specified due dates/times and recording monthly BPO accomplishments and expenses. Offers and Closing Coordinator: Sara is our Closing Coordinator. Her job is to make sure that the closings on all our properties are set prior to the contract close date. She does an excellent job on following up on a regular basis to gain updates on the status of pending sales. If you have any questions regarding status of signed contracts, title work, final water bill, or city inspections reports/ACR Sara is the one who can help you. Sara also submits all offers received on our properties to the asset manager/seller in a timely matter for fast approvals. She keeps track of counter offers and is the one who knows when a property is still available, has a pending a deal or if there are multiples offers in.
Scott is currently our buyers agent! Scott has been with the company a little more than 2 years and started as a Field Technician. He has been to nearly every type of house in the market. Because of his training in the field, Scott knows the market very well! He is capable of helping you with all of your investment needs whether you are a savy investor or a first time home buyer.
