The basic rules for this year are the following: 1) Good Sportmanship from all involved 2) I need to two assistant coaches. One coach will need to help organize the kids when we are up to bat to keep the game flowing. 3) We need someone to coordinate after game snacks. One or two trips to the dairy queen would be great! 4) No Sliding into any base! 5) 10 pitches will be thrown or until the batter hits the ball, whichever comes first. If the batter fouls the ball away on the 10th pitch, they will get another pitch. 6) Four Players my be in the outfield. Position rotation will occur every inning. 7) When the ball hits the dirt on the infield when coming in from the outfield, generally speaking, the play is dead that runners may not advance further.
